Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing, broadcasting, or otherwise using Dominatrixcam.net (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You must complete age verification before sending tribute, booking paid sessions, or otherwise engaging in financial transactions on the Platform.

The Platform supports two account types:

• Visitors — individuals who browse, chat, send tribute, and book sessions.
• Models — verified adult performers who broadcast and offer paid services. Models must complete identity verification per our 2257 obligations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute any private session or private chat without the explicit consent of all parties involved.
• Attempt to circumvent payment flows or extract financial advantage through technical means.
• Harass, threaten, or dox models or other visitors.
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal activity in your jurisdiction.
• Operate accounts on behalf of others, or allow others to operate accounts on your behalf.

All payments on the Platform are denominated in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, DAI, Bitcoin Cash, and Dogecoin). The Platform does not process fiat payments and does not custody visitor funds.

Tributes (tips) are voluntary, irrevocable transfers from a visitor to a model. Once confirmed on-chain or via Lightning, a tribute cannot be reversed by the Platform. The Platform does not mediate tribute disputes.

Paid sessions are billed by the minute at the model's posted rate. Visitors pre-authorize payment for the session length; unspent balance is refunded automatically at session end. Disputes about session quality are between visitor and model; the Platform will mediate only at the request of both parties.

The Platform takes a service fee on paid sessions as posted in the model's rate breakdown. Tributes are not subject to a Platform fee unless explicitly stated.

Tributes are final once confirmed on the blockchain. We do not issue refunds for completed paid sessions. Refunds for technical issues (e.g., a session that drops within the first 60 seconds due to Platform-side failure) are issued at Platform discretion, pro rata to the unused portion of the session.

Chargebacks against crypto payments are not possible in the traditional sense. Visitors who attempt to fraudulently reverse confirmed crypto payments will have their accounts terminated and may be reported to chain analytics services.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to content you create. By broadcasting on the Platform, you grant Dominatrixcam.net a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. This license terminates when you delete the content or terminate your account, except that we may retain copies as required by law (including 2257 record-keeping).

You agree not to upload content that depicts anyone other than yourself, or that infringes the rights of any third party. See our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Common reasons for termination include: violation of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, harassment, age misrepresentation, or extended inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings tab. Upon termination, your public profile is removed. 2257 records are retained per regulatory requirements.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY OR LEGALITY OF CONTENT BROADCAST BY MODELS.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an in-Platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
