2257 Statement

All DominatrixCam models have verified their identity and age prior to being approved to broadcast (partner performers are covered below). Original documentation is maintained by our designated Records Custodian:

Every model on the platform is required to submit, prior to first broadcast, a government-issued photo identification document (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a secondary document where required by jurisdiction. Records are cross-referenced against publicly available sanctions and excluded persons databases.

Every performer's identity and age are checked by our own compliance admins before a room opens: a government photo ID and a verification selfie, reviewed by a person. No third-party verification service is used. The images are readable only by the performer and those admins, and of the document number we keep a one-way hash rather than the number itself.

All DominatrixCam models are over the age of 18. Content produced and broadcast on this platform does not depict conduct prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 2256. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records identified above.

Alongside its own Mistresses, DominatrixCam may show performers who are streaming on LiveJasmin, a separate partner site. Their cards are always marked with an arrow (↗) and open on LiveJasmin. We display their public name, profile photo, rating and a few category labels, and link to their room on LiveJasmin. The profile photo is relayed through our servers so that your browser never contacts the partner. We do not produce or broadcast their content, and they are not DominatrixCam performers.

Age and identity verification for those performers, and the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for their content, are the responsibility of the operator of LiveJasmin. We show a partner performer only if every person in her listing is recorded by the partner as female and 18 or over, and no listing for her fails our own content checks.

Requests for inspection of records maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 must be submitted in writing to the Custodian of Records. Requests should include the name, address, telephone number, and email of the requester, the specific content at issue, and the basis for the request.

We respond to all properly addressed requests within 30 days.

If you believe content on this platform depicts a person under 18, or is otherwise non-compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, please report it immediately to compliance@dominatrixcam.net and we will remove the content within 24 hours pending investigation. You may also report suspected child exploitation to the CyberTipline operated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
