DMCA Notice & Takedown
Dominatrixcam.net respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Designated Agent
All DMCA notifications must be sent to our Designated Agent:
Required elements of a valid notification
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the infringing material with information sufficient to locate it on the Platform (URL, model username, broadcast date/time).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
How we handle valid notifications
- We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- We remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24-72 hours.
- We notify the affected model of the takedown and the basis.
- If the model believes the takedown was in error, they may submit a counter-notice (see below).
Counter-notification
If you believe content removed under a DMCA notification was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware, if outside the US) and will accept service of process from the notifying party.
Send counter-notices to the Designated Agent above. If we do not receive notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order within 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA notifications. Models whose broadcasts are removed three or more times for verified copyright infringement are subject to permanent removal from the Platform.
Misrepresentations
Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Only submit a notification if you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
